Meet Cosmetic Dentist, Thomas Worcester D.D.S. serving Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and throughout the South Florida community. Dr. Thomas Worcester is a graduate of the Loyola University Chicago School of Dentistry. Over the past three decades, he has dedicated his professional career to providing patients with the best that dentistry has to offer.


He is continually educating himself and his team at Lighthouse Dental Care on the latest dental advances and techniques in order to provide the most state-of-the-art, comfortable, and personalized care possible. In his continuing education, Dr. Worcester has completed courses in conscious sedation dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, reconstruction, oral surgery, periodontics, endodontics, and pain and infection control.

Dr. Worcester and his wife, Pat, who assists him as a dental hygienist, have been working together for more than 30 years to provide exceptional oral health care for their patients. And for more than five years, they have traveled around the country teaching dental teams practice management skills that they have learned and perfected. At Lighthouse Dental Care, we believe our patients deserve to feel comfortable throughout their treatment and confident in their smile when they leave.

Lighthouse Dental Care

Located in the small coastal town of Pompano Beach, Lighthouse Dental Care has been serving the community since 1980. We treat our patients like family, and care for their teeth as if they were our own. The skill and experience of Dr. Thomas Worcester and his staff have helped generations of patients smile with confidence. Our practice uses some of the most advanced dentistry technology available, including: intraoral cameras, panoramic X-rays, electric handpieces, and sedation dentistry. We also offer state-of-the-art, pain-free laser dentistry procedures.

Changing Smiles, Changing Lives

Since 1998, Dr. Thomas Worcester has participated in the Smiles for Life campaign, helping to raise more than $20 million for children’s charities. From March 1st through June 30th, 100 percent of the money Lighthouse Dental Care receives for a Zoom!® teeth whitening treatment or at-home whitening system goes toward a number of exceptional organizations that serve the needs of kids. What's more, 50 percent of what Dr. Worcester collects goes directly to his local charity of choice, making it possible for the practice to support Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, the leading pediatric hospital in Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

For the past 10 years, Dr. Worcester has also served as International Chairman for the Pompano Beach Rotary Club. As chairman, he has worked closely with the Guatemalan Tomorrow Fund, providing service to Guatemala’s Mayan Indians. Through his efforts, the Pompano Beach Rotary Club has contributed to building a health clinic, dental center, grade school and high school facilities, and housing for visiting workers, as well as provided transportation for different health care providers to supply aid to the community.
